NWPCA Begins Regional Meetings Southwest Regional Conference Slated Nov. 19-21 in Dallas By Staff Date Posted: 11/8/2004 The National Wooden Pallet and Container Association is starting a series of regional meetings for its members and prospective members. The first event will be the Southwest Regional Conference Nov. 19-21 in The association is planning regional meetings in order that members and prospective members can meet at a convenient location for a few days of education and networking at less cost than the NWPCA’s larger conferences.
