Automated Machine Systems Automated Machine Systems (AMS) Inc., located in Jenison, Mich., a major supplier of automation, computerization and sterilization systems to the pallet and material handling industries, offers two basic pallet assembly and repair tables to improve efficiency. The AMS Standard Work Table is a heavy gauge steel work station, 48 inches square, that is designed to withstand the harsh environment of pallet repair operations. The Heavy Duty Builders Table is ergonomically designed with a height of 32 inches and a 6-1/2-inch pallet hold down angle. It comes standard with a tool swing arm with a 22 degree rotation and a zero gravity balancer, which makes it easy to move the pneumatic nailing tool and also eliminates lifting it. A lower shelf and tool hooks are strategically located for easy access to tools, and an overhead halogen light brightly illuminates the work area. Options include a second tool swing arm and balancer and electrical boxes for 480 and 110 volt plugs for ancillary equipment. The table works well with infeed and outfeed conveyors and scissor lifts to make a highly productive work station. Page 1 Page 2 Page 3 Page 4 Page 5 Page 6 Page 7 Page 8 Page 9 |
