Rayco Industries manufactures the Pallet Buddy semi-automatic nailing machine. It is an entry-level machine designed for small pallet shops to eliminate heavy lifting and stacking. Made for assembling pallets by hand with a pneumatic nailing tool, it features automatic stacking and ejection to enable production rates of 200-250 pallets per day.

The Pallet Buddy is designed for one worker. It features an adjustable jig angle up to 55 degrees, and the jig returns to the nailing position while stacking. The Pallet Buddy also is equipped with automatic top-bottom board stops.

The Pallet Buddy is compact, made of heavy-duty construction, is simple to operate and maintain, and can be changed over quickly. A recycled lumber option is available as well as a fourth stringer package and larger, nonstandard pallet sizes.

The standard Pallet Buddy can assemble pallets ranging from 32x32 to 54x48. It also can be used to assemble wing pallets with wings up to 6 inches on both decks or top deck only. It works with stringers from 2-1/2 inches to 4-1/2 inches high and 1 inch by 3-1/2 inches wide and deck boards from 3/8-inch to 1-1/8-inch thick.
