Smetco manufactures several types of manual pallet repair stations. They are made of heavy gauge steel with a top that is 54 inches square.

The Pallet-Pro Table has a crown to make it easier to rotate the pallet. It also features a passive clamp at the back of the table to aid in holding the pallet and an overhead frame for suspending a pneumatic nailing tool with a zero gravity balancer.

The Block Repair Table is equipped with foot-activated ‘board spreaders,’ pneumatic clamps that separate the board from the block for easier access with a reciprocating saw or other tool. It also is equipped with a ‘pop up’ rotator to turn the pallet around and overhead zero gravity balancers for two types of power tools.

The APS Turnover Table is equipped with a pneumatic-powered device to flip over the pallet, and Smetco offers several other air-powered tables for turning over the pallet.

Smetco also manufactures a variety of tables for custom applications to improve pallet handling and efficiency.
