Trace Equipment supplies two economical jigs to aid in assembling pallets with new or recycled lumber. Both are made of sturdy steel construction and have special design features.

The Nail Ease is angled to provide ergonomic benefits to the process. The angled design eliminates bending
and reaching, which makes it easier to place the pallet components into
the jig for nailing. Because it is easy to use and simple to change over, production of up to 30 pallets per hour is possible. It can also be outfitted with an optional frame to suspend a pneumatic nailing tool with a zero-gravity
balancer.

The Nailing Station offers a unique swivel feature that aids in assembling oversize pallets up to 64 inches wide and virtually any length. A grapple is optional for the oversize station. It can be operated manually or attached to a shop hoist system (not provided).

Trace Equipment can supply jigs for four-stringer pallets as well as odd size and extra large pallets and skids. The company can provide custom design and manufacturing services to supply nailing stations per specifications.
