Viking Engineering is now offering automated pallet paint lines to the U.S. and Canadian market. Viking says it currently has multiple paint lines installed and operational in Australia. Viking now offers both single and double booth paint lines to the North American market.

These paint lines can be integrated with or added to any pallet assembly or pallet repair line. HVLP paint guns and a paint recovery system maximize paint coverage and minimize paint waste. Viking indicates that its advanced filtration and fan design in conjunction with easy access panels make the Viking paint line a cost effective, low maintenance alternative to hand painting pallets. The system adjusts to pallet widths from 28 to 60 inches and up to 72 inches in length. The HVLP paint guns are able to be used with a wide variety of paint types. The quick flush system assures that the paint line is easily maintained for optimal efficiency.
