Brunner Hildebrand has developed its new ECO Triple Plus Low Temperature kiln technology designed for drying softwood lumber and pallets. It is named the Triple Plus because it saves up to 20% heat energy, up to 80% electrical power and up to 30% drying time compared to conventional systems.

            The Triple Plus uses a powerful heat exchanger to pre-dry the air entering the unit. This allows for a very dry climate in the kiln right from the start of the process. And that leads to less energy required and faster drying time. The use of optimized hardware in conjunction with the latest energy-saving software makes this possible.

            The Triple Plus technology has been developed and proven in Europe and is now available in North America.
