One operator can cut 2x4 and 4x4 blocks from 24” drops. The 30 hp/3 phase motor, which can execute 20-25 cycles per minute at 16 blocks per cycle, results in a production rate capacity of 320-400 blocks per minute. The out-feed chute drops into a hopper. Standard features include 2x4x24” stock, hopper infeed, chute outfeed drops into hopper, 30hp/3 phase motor/starter, a 3-15/16” arbor diameter, 14” saw diameter, multiple blades set at 4” spacing (adjustable), and pneumatic pusher feed mechanism.
