Excelsior has introduced its new Thin Branding Die. The new Thin Branding Die will heat faster while also allowing the user to reduce the temperature on their branding head, which helps extend the life of the heating elements. Excelsior says it has been able to lower the temperature as much as 200 degrees on an automatic branding unit. When coupled with Excelsior’s sharp face engraving, pallet companies will be able to brand their products quicker, with less heat, and produce a more consistent branded image, all of which will help reduce manufacturing costs. Excelsior can machine the branding dies to fit any type of automatic or hand held brander.

Excelsior has also introduced a new X-Out Stamp, available as a self inking roller stamp or as a branding die. Both are products for anybody who repairs pallets and has to obliterate the previous mark before re-heat treating. Both

products will help to speed production and eliminate the cost of spray paints used to cover the previous mark. The X-Out Roller Stamp is also available in
