In response to market demand, Viking has reintroduced a Champion similar to the old 304A, but better. The new Classic Nailing System is a 60”x60” three-stringer system, either right hand or left hand. Viking indicates that the 304A is large enough to nail a high percentage of the pallets that a customer needs to manufacture.

            The options available on the Classic include: a 4th stringer, 72” stringer capability, an end board positioner, stagger nailing, mat and block capability, and more. The new Classic is backed up with Viking’s standard warranty and telephone support.

            The 304A Classic can run either new or reclaimed lumber. It can be fitted with mat and block kits to build block pallets. It comes complete with a stacker and can be operated by a single operator.

            Many varied pallet specifications can be made on the Classic by adding mat and block kits, and roll ins and lift tables.
