At its recent January annual meeting the Western Pallet Association elected the following  slate of officers for 2013. The new officers are Mark Garnett, president; Kelly Bennion, vice president; Carolyn Beach-Skinner, secretary/treasurer; and Tom Worthen, immediate past president. A board member elected for a three-year term was Dave Uppal, and the associate elected for a two-year board term was Paul Masica of Viking Engineering. Once elected as an officer, a person will be a board member through the rotation of the office positions.
