VA Tech to Offer Unit Load Design Short Course
This intensive three-day short course will teach techniques that pallet and packaging designers can use to help their clients save money on corrugated board and plastic packaging materials.

If you want to save money and design better supply chain packaging then you should consider enrolling in the unit load design short course offered at Virginia Tech. The program takes place from May 1-3, 2018 in Blacksburg, Virginia. The course is designed to help pallet and packaging providers and users to make better design decisions aimed at reducing product damage and packaging failures.

This course will use a state-of-the-art unit load design software called Best Load™ to better demonstrate the steps of the unit load design process.

                A block of rooms has been reserved for attendees at the Hyatt Place in Blacksburg, VA. It is located only a few miles from where the course will be held.

The course is sponsored by the Center for Packaging and Unit Load Design (Sardo Pallet Lab) at Virginia Tech. The Center has developed a global reputation in the area of pallets and packaging. It has been educating professionals on how to design sustainable pallet and packaging solutions for more than 40 years.
