Viking Engineering has begun offering to retrofit Viking Duo-Matic nailing machines with programmable logic controls to eliminate the use of nail cams.

The new Viking Duo-Pro provides faster change-over times, more precise nail placement and eliminates damaged sensors from bent or misaligned nail cams. The Duo-Pro can store and recall 20 different pallet designs.

The Viking Duo-Pro also features a controller at each operator station for fast set-ups, touch screen controls for initial set-up and recall of pallet programs, and dual language capability for English and Spanish.

The Duo-Pro is installed by Viking service personnel, and on-site training for machine operators and service personnel is provided along with troubleshooting guide and parts list. Viking provides a limited 30-day warranty on Duo-Pro.
