Nail-Ease from Trace Is Economical Set-Up
Can Be Used to Build 30 Pallets or More Per Hour

The Nail-Ease nailing station supplied by Trace Equipment Co. is an economical set-up or jig that can be used to assemble 30 or more pallets per hour with new or used lumber.

The Nail-Ease, of sturdy steel construction, holds pallet parts at an incline to allow for easier nailing; the front has a height of 27 inches and the rear, 28 inches. It has a unique hold-down system and can be changed over quickly for three-stringer pallets or four-stringer pallets.

The Nail-Ease can be used to assemble pallets up to 50x50; it can be supplied in a larger frame size to accommodate larger pallet specifications. Support frame and balancer for power nailing tool are optional.
