Schutte-Buffalo Hammer Mill has introduced its new MP Series grinder, a slow-speed, ram-fed machine for wood processing. It is designed with a number of innovative features for high durability, low power usage, minimal dust and reduced labor. The new MP Series grinder is manufactured with American-made, off-the-shelf components for easy maintenance and service.

The Schutte-Buffalo Hammer Miller MP Series grinder is available in five models to meet a variety of wood grinding requirements. The models range from 40 hp to 125 hp and 2,000 pounds to 25,000 pounds capacity per hour.

Each model features a state-of-the-art control package that provides optimal grinding performance. The control system continuously monitors current and signals to the ram to retract when a predetermined amperage level is exceeded, and the hydraulic power pack has a variable speed control to set the ram cycle for different types of wood material.
