Libla Industries Inc., the parent company of Mid-Continent Nail Corp., has acquired Keystone Fasteners in Springdale, Ark. Keystone Fasteners formerly was a division of Keystone Consolidated Industries Inc.

            Mid-Continent is a manufacturer of machine quality bulk and collated nails for the pallet industry that are marketed and sold under the brand name Magnum® Fasteners and Magnum® Pro. Mid-Continent has plants in Poplar Bluff, Mo. and Radford, Va.
