Sellick Announces New Model S150 Rough Terrain Forklift - 12/11/2015

Universal Automatic In-Line Nailing System - 12/11/2015
If you are looking to take a step semi-automated nailing systems, take a look at the redesigned "Universal Nailing System" in-line nailer for stringer pallet production. Sold and serviced by Universal Machinery Sales, the basic system can be designed to meet your specifications. It can produce 1,200 pallet or more per day.
According to Universal Machinery, this design uses less air controls than some others on the market and eliminates the use of hydraulic fluid for operation. The gantry is powered by a 10 hp motor. The stacker powered by a 10 hp motor while the stringer advance uses a 5hp motor. Hard limit switches and push buttons are used to control the system. The system requires either two or three operators depending on the configuration. It can produce four runner designs and offers a full automatic stacker and 10' outfeed rollers.
The system comes in two sizes – a 64 "x 84" standard length or the smaller 60" x 60" unit.
